West Gateway 10 Scenic District Needs Houston Resident Signatures

West Gateway 10 Scenic District Needs Houston Resident SignaturesThe Energy Corridor District is collecting signatures from residents of the City of Houston in support of creating a scenic district along the new Katy Freeway in the Energy Corridor. The proposed scenic district would limit the height and size of on-premise ground signs and prohibit any new billboards from being erected unless a permit has already been granted. The scenic district area starts between Wilcrest and Kirkwood and continues westward to the City limits west of Barker Cypress.
